Photoshop is a powerful tool in creating album templates. One of the beautiful things is that you could edit the masking layers, adjust photo colors and export all in one shot.
I personally have a preference for photoshop templates if the album is little in pages. If there’s a lot, then it could get cumbersome in changing out layouts and adding pages.
