What is the best way to sell your rockin’ photos through a live walkin’, talkin’, free sales person?
- iPod Touch! Use technology to maximize exposure to other brides!

iPods Are Portable
iPods Display Large Pictures
Compare the situations. Which is the best scenario?
- You find a taco restaurant by Google’ing “Delicious Tacos Near (Me)”
- Your friend’s friend ate there once and thought it was good
- Your friend (who is a taco connoisseur) loves the place so much that he/she so happened to have a sample taco from there and offered it for you to try
Now compare that to the same situation except with weddings in mind. Which is the best scenario?
- You find a wedding photographer by Google’ing ” [Los Angeles] Wedding Photography”
- Your friend’s friend used (blank) wedding photography company for their wedding and thought it was good
- Your friend (who just got married) so happens to not only suggest it, he/she whips out an iPod Touch to show sample images from the wedding
This is called “grass root” marketing. For examples, observe presidential campaigning!
The obvious choice for both situations is scenario 3. Having that personal one-on-one testimonial makes a bigger impact on the client. This technique only gets the bride to your studio. How you make the sale is solely up to you!
Just to put marketing funds into perspective, it costs $550 per month to list on TheKnot.com to be on the first page of your serviced county

Hi,
Great idea using the ipod touch, are you offering this as an extra or an alternative to an abulm package? And how are you sure the brides dont just print the images for themselves from the ipod?
